The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kainchi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you upload to our Service, but grant us a license to use it:
By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content in connection with the Service.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Pakistan.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kainchi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
